    • If you use nitrate drugs to control chest pain (also known as angina), don't take Viagra. Since Viagra also reduces blood pressure, your blood pressure could suddenly drop to an unsafe level.
         
    • Remember to discuss your general health status with your doctor to ensure that you are healthy enough to engage in sexual activity. If you experience chest pain, nausea or any other discomforts during sex, or an erection that lasts longer than 4 hours, seek immediate medical help.
         
    • The most common side effects of Viagra are headache, flushing, dizziness, indigestion, temporary changes in vision, stuffy nose, diarrhoea, urinary tract infection or rash.
